Shipping & Returns
Once you’ve placed an order with LingaDore, you naturally want to enjoy your beautiful items as soon as possible. Read all the important information below.
With us, you can return your online order within 30 days free of charge.
Delivery within the Netherlands and Germany is free. The shipping costs to Belgium are €6,00.
At this time, it is also possible to place an order from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The shipping costs for these countries amount to €3.95.
It is also possible to place an order from Bulgaria, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Ukraine, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Greenland. The shipping costs for these countries amount to €2.95. The Shipping costs are free for orders above 75 euros.
If you place an order at LingaDore from the Netherlands before 14:00, we try to dispatch your order the same day. In most cases, you will receive your orders within three working days. However, in extremely busy times, orders placed on public holidays, or in case of bottleneck situations at the delivery service, the delivery may take one or two days longer. Orders placed and paid for over the weekend (Friday after 14:00, Saturday and Sunday) are generally dispatched on Monday and delivered within one or two working days.
For other countries, if you place an order with LingaDore before 12:00 noon, we will try to dispatch your order the same day.
LingaDore ships orders from the Netherlands free of charge with PostNL.
Your order will be given to PostNL by us. The moment we do this, you will receive an e-mail. In this e-mail you will find a Track & Trace link from PostNL, so you can keep an eye on the delivery of your package. Did you not receive an e-mail from us? Check your spam folder. Orders to Belgium are delivered by bpost.
Orders from other countries are shipped with DHL. Shipping costs are displayed per country above. As soon as we do this, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail contains a Track & Trace link from DHL which allows you to monitor the delivery of your parcel. Did you not receive an e-mail from us? Check your spam folder.
Complaints & Warranty
We take great care that the products we supply comply with the specifications stated for the relevant product and that they are in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an article in which this is not the case, we will offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible. Depending on the article, we will do this by replacing or refunding the purchase price.
In addition to the legal warranty, a manufacturer’s warranty applies to certain items. A manufacturer’s warranty is an extra guarantee provided by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer may set conditions for this guarantee. The duration of the guarantee also depends on the manufacturer.
Received a defective LingaDore article? Report it within 24 hours of receipt via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Write in the e-mail not only what your complaint is, but also the order number. This can be found on the enclosed invoice. You will receive a response within three working days with a solution and how to proceed. We will take your complaint seriously at all times.
We may ask you to return the product together with our letter before we send a replacement or pay compensation.
If you have not reported the above within 24 hours of receipt, we will assume that the delivery was made in accordance with your wishes.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
Don’t want to keep your order? Of course, that can happen for example when it does not fit properly, it was delivered in the wrong colour or size, it is not what you expected or it arrived damaged.
Returning is very easy!
Returns are free of charge from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. LingaDore finds it very important to make the return process as customer friendly as possible. Therefore, we have included a return label with your order. You can stick this sticker on the original packaging and hand it in at a PostNL or DHL service point. Do you live in a different country? In that case, return costs are at your own expense. The return address is: LingaDore / Mendels Fashion Group, Lünsingskuhle 789, 46282 Dorsten, Germany. You can return your order within 30 days.
Returning items to LingaDore is subject to some conditions:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days. This period starts on the day you receive the order.
2. Items must be unused and undamaged, with all original labels and tags still attached.
3. LingaDore reserves the right to refuse refunds if the items are not returned in their original condition.
Until the package is received at LingaDore, you are responsible for the return. So always ask for and keep proof of posting.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to LingaDore with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

When LingaDore has received your return in good order (items are unused and preferably still in their original packaging, original labels are still present and items are undamaged),LingaDore will refund the purchase amount (incl. any shipping costs when returning the entire order) within 14 days to the account number you have provided.
Would you like to exchange an item for another LingaDore item? Please return the article as described above. The purchase price will be refunded to your account by LingaDore within 14 days. You can re-order the desired article at LingaDore.
Gift card and sale items
LingaDore also accepts returns paid for with a gift voucher. After receiving your return, we will send you a coupon code as soon as possible. The value of this coupon code equals the value of the return. Sale items and special offers can also be returned. The same conditions apply for returning these items as for returning non-priced items.
