If I order today, when will I receive my order?
LingaDore will try to send out orders placed and paid before 14:00h within the same day. In most cases this means you receive your order within 3 working days. However, in case of extreme busy circumstances, orders placed on national holidays, or in case of problems with LingaDore’s forwarders, the delivery time could be extended by 1 or 2 workdays. Orders placed and paid during the weekend (Fridays after 14:00h, Saturdays and Sundays) will be send out on Mondays and delivered within 1 or 2 workdays.
After LingaDore hands over your parcel to PostNL, you receive an e-mail from PostNL. In this e-mail you can find a Track & Trace link from PostNL. With this link you can monitor the delivery of your parcel.
Not at home when the mailman offers the parcel? PostNL will try to deliver the parcel the following workday, or Saturday.
If the mailman can’t delivery the parcel the second time, you will receive a note in your mailbox. On this note you can see where to pick up your parcel. Be sure to bring an identification document as the post office might ask for it.
After LingaDore hands over your parcel to DHL Paket, you receive an e-mail from DHL Paket. In this e-mail you can find a Track & Trace link from DHL Paket. With this link you can monitor the delivery of your parcel.
For German customers DHL offers a unique service. After a (one time only) registration on www.Paket.de, German customers can indicate their preferences regarding delivery and returns of webshop orders. After completing this registration all your webshop orders (including those placed on LingaDore.com) will be delivered according to your preferences.
Not at home when the mailman offers the parcel and you haven’t registered on Paket.de yet? You will receive a note in your mailbox. On this note you can see where to pick up your parcel. Be sure to bring an identification document as the employee of the service point might ask for it.
LingaDore.com sends out its order to The Netherland & Belgium with PostNL. The German orders are sent out with DHL Paket. By working with these reliable partners LingaDore reduces the risks of parcels going missing, parcels being damaged or parcels being stolen, during the delivery. In the below schedule you can find the shipping costs and delivery time per country. Please note that the below mentioned delivery times are an indication of PostNL/DHL from the moment LingaDore hands over the parcel to PostNL/DHL. LingaDore can’t guarantee these delivery times.
