You have well received your LingaDore.com order, but you don’t want to keep your LingaDore products. No problem! We can imagine that your order contains products that don’t fit as well as you hoped, or products that have been delivered in the wrong color or size, or that the products are simply not what you expected, or products that got damaged during delivery.
Returning your order is very easy!
In The Netherlands and Germany returning to LingaDore.com is free of charge. In Belgium and other countries you have to pay for the return yourself. Please find below a detailed explanation:
LingaDore thinks it’s very important to offer a customer friendly return policy. That’s why LingaDore adds a return sticker to each order. You can easily place this sticker on the parcel with goods that you would like to return. Bring your parcel within 14 days of receipt to a PostNL service point (visit PostNL’s website for an overview of service points). Returning to LingaDore from anywhere in The Netherlands is free of charge.
In Germany LingaDore orders are delivered by DHL Paket. The returning process in Germany is very simple and customer friendly. LingaDore adds a return sticker to your order. You can place this sticker on the longest side of the parcel. Bring your parcel within 14 days of receipt to a DHL service point (see website DHL for a service point close to you). Returning to LingaDore from anywhere in Germany is free of charge.
Special advise for German customers: Register an account on www.Paket.de to adapt the delivery and return process entirely to your preferences.
Belgium and other countries
For customers who want to return items from outside of The Netherlands or Germany returning to LingaDore is also very easy. In the parcel that contained your order you will also find a return form on which you find the address to return the parcel to. Bring your parcel within 14 days of receipt to a service point.
The shipping costs for this return have to be paid by the customer.
Until the moment that LingaDore receives your returned products, you are responsible for the parcel. Be sure to ask for a proof of shipment at your local post office and keep it with you until you receive the confirmation of receipt from LingaDore.
As soon as LingaDore receives your returned products in good condition (articles don’t show signs of wearing, articles are preferably still in original packing, original labels are still attached to the products and articles are undamaged), LingaDore will refund the goods (incl. shipping costs) within 30 days to your bank account.
When LingaDore has received your return in good order (items are unused and preferably still in the original packaging, original labels are still present and items are undamaged), LingaDore will deposit the purchase amount (including any shipping costs when returning the entire order) within 14 days back to your account number.

Exchanging LingaDore products
Would you like to exchange a LingaDore product for another LingaDore product? Then please return the article you would like to exchange to us as described above. Your payment will then be refunded within 30 days to your bank account. You can simply order the desired article on LingaDore.com.
LingaDore won’t accept returns that have been acquired with a voucher/coupon and advises you to check your order immediately after receiving, before removing any attached tags.
Sale and special offers can not be returned.
